Full-Time
We hire undergraduate and graduate degree holders for positions across our entire organization. Here’s how to get started:
- Meet with a 3M recruiter at an event or conference. Contact your college or university placement office to find out if 3M will be on your campus. Or, see our Event Calendar.
- If a 3M recruiter doesn’t make it to your campus, submit your resume online. Set up a job search agent: It will notify you if a job opens in your area of interest.
Internships
Internships are usually full-time, and offered in summer. Work with your placement office to learn more, or visit any of our recruiting events.
Co-op Programs
Our co-op programs are specific work programs for students in engineering, supply chain and other technical majors. Check with your placement office or come to one of our recruiting events to find out more.
Development Programs
3M offers a variety of Development Programs which provide cross-functional training to recent graduates.
